Even with a booking - management has the right to refuse entry if you don’t adhere to our dress code.
Age Policy
R21 after 10pm
General Policy
No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the venue by the client or any other person unless by prior arrangement with Crown Nightclub. Cakes are permitted with prior approval (service fees apply).
Crown Nightclub reserves the right to refuse entry to all underage guests. Underage guests are only allowed in the venue until 9pm – all under ages must always have a parent/guardian with them.
The client is financially responsible for any damage that is sustained to the venue, or any other property owned by or in the care and custody of Crown Nigthclub, which is caused by the client or any other person attending the function.
Crown Nightclub does not accept responsibility for the damage or loss of goods left on the premises prior to, during or after an event. Crown Nightclub reserves the right to ask any guests to leave or deny entrance if displaying signs of intoxication, inappropriate or aggressive behaviour or not dressed to Crown Nightclub guidelines.
Every endeavour is made to maintain our prices as originally quoted to you; however, they are subject to change. Should any increases occur, we will notify you immediately.
If you are running late to your booking, management will do their best to contact you, the below conditions apply:
- If you are 30mins late to your booking Crown Nightclub reserves the right to cancel your booking and offer a refund if another booth is not available to move you to
- If you are an hour or more late to your booking Crown Nigthclub reserves the right to cancel your booking with no refund
- Only the approved guest list is allowed in the booth – Crown Nightclub reserves the right to refuse service to any additions on the night and ask to leave the booth
Final numbers and guest list are due 24 hours out from the booking. If booking is made within 24, then no changes can be made.
A booking is only confirmed once full payment is made
- A separate link from seven rooms will be sent to secure your cc details. Payment will be made 48 hrs prior to your booking.
- If your booking is made within 48 hrs then payment is required at the time dictated by the sales representative
- If full payment is not received in time, your booking will be released
